Refund & Cancellation Policy - Malpe Beach Ocean Adventure

➔ Cancellation by Customer:

1. Cancellation Made 7 Days or More Before the Adventure Date:

○ Full refund of the booking amount will be processed.

2. Cancellation Made 3-6 Days Before the Adventure Date:

○ 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.

3. Cancellation Made Less Than 3 Days Before the Adventure Date:

○ No refund will be provided.

4. No-show:

○ If the customer does not show up on the booked date and time, no refund will be issued.


➔ Cancellation by Malpe Beach Ocean Adventure:

1. Weather Conditions:

○ In case of cancellations due to unsafe weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided, or the adventure can be rescheduled to another date based on availability.

2. Operational Reasons:

○ If the activity is cancelled due to operational reasons, we offer either a full refund or the option to reschedule the experience.


➔ Refund Process:

○ Refunds will be credited within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation.

○ Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment.


➔ Important Notes:

○ Refund and cancellation policies are strictly enforced to ensure fairness and smooth operations.

○ All cancellations must be made through our official communication channels (malpebeachoceanadventures@gmail.com / 9686572576, 9900248899) and acknowledged by Malpe Beach Ocean Adventure.

○ Group bookings may have additional terms, which will be communicated at the time of booking.

○ Proof of booking (receipt or confirmation email) must be provided for all refund or cancellation requests.

○ We encourage customers to review the terms and conditions before booking.
