Ocean Adventures Water Sports ("We", "Us", "Our") is a water sports service provider located in Malpe, Karnataka, specializing in various water-based activities such as jet skiing, parasailing, banana boat rides, snorkeling, and more.

All activities are subject to weather conditions, safety guidelines, and availability.
Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult or guardian. For certain activities, there may be specific age or weight limits. These will be disclosed at the time of booking.
Participants must be in good physical health. Some activities may not be suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions, including but not limited to heart conditions, pregnancy, or serious back or joint problems. You must disclose any medical conditions prior to engaging in activities.
All bookings must be made in advance through our website, by phone, or in person at our facility. A valid booking confirmation is required to participate in any activity.
Payment must be made in full at the time of booking. We accept payment by cash, credit card, or other electronic payment methods. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
All participants must follow the safety instructions provided by our instructors and staff. Life jackets or other safety equipment must be worn at all times during activities, where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse service to any participant who is deemed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Ocean Adventures Water Sports is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property during the course of the activity.
Participants must respect the local environment, wildlife, and marine life. Littering or damaging the natural surroundings is strictly prohibited.
Ocean Adventures Water Sports provides water sports services in good faith and strives to ensure safety at all times. However, we are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during the activity, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct on our part.
By participating in water sports activities, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks involved, including but not limited to drowning, falling, collision, and injury due to weather or equipment failure.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ocean Adventures Water Sports, its employees, agents, and contractors from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your participation in water sports activities.
We collect personal data (such as name, contact details, and health information) for the purpose of booking and delivering our services. Your personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our privacy policy.
By participating in activities, you agree that we may take photos or videos of you, and these may be used for promotional or marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions or the services provided will be resolved through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be referred to the appropriate court in Udupi District, Karnataka.
Ocean Adventures Water Sports reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes before their next booking.
Cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled adventure will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a 50% fee. No refunds for no-shows or late cancellations. Please contact our team for assistance with any issues.
